QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC. ABC Rewards is a service of QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC. This program is provided for all eligible customers of QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC. All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user’s own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility:
Eligibility for the QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC. ABC Rewards Program is limited to current QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC customers. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, transfer, or redemption of Reward Points is available after eligibility is severed.
Changes and Disputes:
QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC at its sole discretion.
Participation Enrollment:
Each eligible customer is automatically enrolled in the Q/N Rewards Program and will use their Quartz Network login to gain access to the QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC Reward website. Upon initial login, participants may create their username and personal password.
Earning Rewards:
The earning and accumulation of reward points begins when an eligible participant creates a Quartz Network account or has a Quartz Network account created for their behalf.
These points will be distributed at the sole discretion of QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC
Redemption and Deduction of Points:
1. Any Reward Points not redeemed before termination from program separation will expire.
2. Reward Points may only be used to redeem for items in the online catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
3. The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You can not transfer Reward Points to another participant. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
4. Reward Points earned from attending a virtual event will expire 60 days after the event ends.
Claiming a Reward:
1. QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC reserves the right to modify catalog items available in the Reward Points online catalog at any time and without notice.
2. When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the online catalog.
3. Catalog items are subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Statements of QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC Reward Points Earned:
This website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC Reward Point balances.
Termination of Program:
QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC reserves the right to terminate the ABC Rewards Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.
Participation Program Tracking:
It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items form the QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC Reward Points online catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for items presented in the Reward Points online catalog.
Promotional Events:
From time to time, QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the ABC Rewards Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Privacy Notice:
This website is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC. The information collected on this website will be used by QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC in connection with the QUARTZ MANAGEMENT, LLC ABC Rewards Program.
